Thank you for choosing Global Info Edge. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before engaging our services. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service-Based Nature

Global Info Edge provides digital marketing, performance advertising, AI automation, consulting, and related professional services. Unlike physical products, our services involve the allocation of time, expertise, resources, and third-party tools from the moment work begins. As such, our refund terms differ from those of product-based businesses.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on a wide range of factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, audience behaviour, and client-side variables. While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, conversions, or revenue. Dissatisfaction with campaign performance alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Strategy development, audits, and consulting sessions
  • Ad account setup, campaign builds, and creative production
  • Website development, landing page design, and copywriting
  • CRM setup, automation configuration, and integration work
  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing management services
  • Any custom or bespoke deliverables produced specifically for the client

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Services were paid for but not initiated or delivered by Global Info Edge within the agreed timeline, through no fault of the client
  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made
  • There is a documented, material breach of the agreed scope of work by Global Info Edge

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@globalinfoedge.com within 7 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period may not be entertained. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days.

5. Subscription & Retainer Services

For clients on monthly retainers or subscription plans:

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
  • Any outstanding deliverables for the current period will be completed as per the agreement
  • Early termination of a fixed-term contract may be subject to an early exit fee as outlined in the service agreement

6. Third-Party Costs

Any payments made directly to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, CRM subscriptions, hosting providers, etc.) are governed by the respective platform's refund and cancellation policies. Global Info Edge is not responsible for refunding third-party charges.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend all services and pursue appropriate remedies in the event of an unauthorised chargeback.

8. Policy Changes

Global Info Edge reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
